According to sources Krishna Shah has two names to play this character Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra, but at last he final Kareena Kapoor name for this role. Both Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra wants to do this role.


The first name comes in Krishna Shah 's mind was Vidhya Balan, but when he concern with hollywood makeup artist then they suggest Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor names. Krishna says in this film we want to show Indira Gandhi in different ages for the first hour 20 years, second hour 50 years and third hour 67 years.
